What currency are your prices listed in?

You will see your local currency when navigating our site and viewing products, however we are a US based company so our site converts to USD pricing at checkout. Most banks will enable you to make international payments in foreign currencies. For more information, we suggest that you inquire with your bank as some banks charge a minimal fee for this service.

What method of payments are accepted?

We currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments.

Do you ship around the world?

Yes, we ship to more than 200+ countries around the world. However please be aware that we may have issues delivering to countries in remote areas. You will be notified via email if cannot ship to your country and will provide a full refund.

Where are the items shipped from?

Currently, we are shipping from our factory located in Asia while waiting for the operations of our local warehouses in the United States, Australia, and the UK to resume. Operations from our other warehouses were temporarily placed on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please check our Shipping and Delivery for more information.

How long do I have to be able to cancel or make changes to an order?

You can cancel or make any changes to your order within 24 hours. It is the customer's responsibility to check the order confirmation email we sent right after the order’s placed for any errors. Please ensure that the shipping and billing information are entered correctly.

We do our best to process all orders for shipment after 24 hours and we cannot guarantee any cancellation or changes to your order afterwards.

We are not responsible for any orders that do not arrive due to a mistake in the shipping address.
